IT Communications Intern (Information Technology)

Location: On-site at the Fremont USA Research Center

Salary: $21–$29.50 per hour

What you will do

• Support IT communications, learning initiatives, and CIO Awards activities.
• Create an IT Annual Report highlighting IT accomplishments and business value.
• Review presentations, online information, and status reports to develop report content with the Program Manager.
• Design the report layout using graphics, pictures, metrics, and leadership quotes.
• Interview IT leaders and refine the captured information.

Requirements

• University student returning to school in fall 2026.
• Studies in Communications, Information Technology, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent written communication skills, including the use of graphics, pictures, and formatting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Copilot, and Windows.
• Organized, self-motivated, willing to learn, and able to work independently.
