Medical Communications Postdoctoral Fellowship

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; candidates should preferably be physically located in the Eastern or Central time zones and available during approximately 9am–5pm Monday through Friday. Applicants must remain eligible to work for any employer in the United States; residents of Canada may also apply. Work sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Develop scientific communications for pharmaceutical and biotech client teams.
• Work cross-functionally with Account, Creative, and Medical Strategy partners.
• Collaborate with external client stakeholders on highly visible projects.
• Build core competencies in medical writing and scientific direction.
• Learn and apply industry guidelines and Good Publication Practices.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in PharmD, MD, PhD, or DVM; pharmacist licensure is not required.
• Eligibility to work for any employer in the United States; Canadian residents may apply.
• Preferred availability in the Eastern or Central time zones during approximately 9am–5pm, Monday through Friday.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and expert verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical planning, prioritization, execution, integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
