Creative Project Manager/Workflow Coordinator - 1st Shift (Banking)

Location: Columbus, OH, United States; 4 days onsite and 1 day remote

Salary: $59,700–$90,700 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate multiple creative presentation projects for a banking client from kickoff through final delivery.
• Act as the primary day-to-day liaison between clients and internal creative teams.
• Manage schedules, estimates, job details, milestones, priorities, tracking, and project status updates.
• Assemble the required creative and cross-functional resources and lead project meetings and status calls.
• Track high-volume project data, quality metrics, specifications, deadlines, budgets, and client requests.
• Peer-proof creative work, optimize workflows, support client loyalty, and train employees as needed.

Requirements

• Must work in the Columbus, OH area with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar client-facing position.
• Strong project management, organization, time management, communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines, interpret client expectations, guide creative teams, and make sound business decisions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access, plus basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.

• Experience with continuous improvement tools, metrics, and quality reporting.
• Basic design or development software experience.
