Senior Finance Manager, Systems & Corporate Reporting (Pigment)

Location: US-Remote

Salary: $164,400–$246,600 base pay annually, depending on primary work location and qualifications.

What you will do

• Own the architecture, governance, security, performance, and daily administration of the Pigment platform.
• Design financial data models, access structures, automated data flows, and quality controls using Pigment, NetSuite, Snowflake, and other source systems.
• Lead monthly consolidated financial reporting, forecasting, close reconciliations, variance analysis, and audit trail maintenance.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts, covenant monitoring, scenario analysis, and quarterly and annual board materials for the CFO.
• Build executive dashboards, automated reports, and self-service analytics while identifying reporting gaps and improving reporting processes.
• Train users through office hours and community sessions, maintain documentation, and advise finance leaders on reporting requirements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years managing or supporting a corporate FP&A or reporting platform.
• Advanced Pigment expertise, including data modeling, formulas, access-right configuration, performance troubleshooting, and application development.
• Experience consolidating financial data from multiple source systems, with a strong understanding of financial reporting, balance sheet structure, and consolidation mechanics.
• Familiarity with ETL concepts and cloud data warehouses; Snowflake experience is preferred.
• Experience with system implementations, vendor relationships, and cross-functional projects in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with strong communication skills for working with executive and technical stakeholders.
