What you will do

• Perform end-to-end payroll validation, including pre- and post-payroll audits, variance analysis, and reconciliation.
• Use Excel and reporting tools to identify payroll trends, discrepancies, and process improvements.
• Support ADP GlobalView and Workday, including issue resolution, data integrity, testing, and system implementations.
• Ensure payroll processes align with internal audit requirements, company policies, and UK legal requirements.
• Maintain payroll procedures and documentation while supporting additional EMEA payrolls.
• Investigate and resolve complex payroll issues, escalating them when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, equivalent four-year qualification, or completed apprenticeship.
• 2–4 years of United Kingdom payroll experience.
• Knowledge of UK payroll laws covering tax, social insurance, work rules, and statutory reporting.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and ability to meet critical deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively with associates and business stakeholders while handling sensitive payroll and compensation data confidentially.
• Collaborative, self-motivated approach with strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
