Associate Legal Counsel, Product & Privacy, Ads (Ad-Tech)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $129,000–$190,000 per year in base pay, varying by US geographic tier. Total compensation may include RSUs and benefits.

What you will do

• Advise ads engineering and product teams on legal and regulatory issues throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Support the hirify.global Ads Platform, including its SSP and DSP products and services.
• Provide guidance on privacy and data protection requirements, including GDPR and CCPA compliance.
• Advise on advertising content policies, enforcement, and B2B advertising marketing matters.
• Monitor international privacy, consumer protection, and technology regulations affecting ad tech.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk management strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of legal experience in product and privacy counseling within the ad-tech space.
• Direct experience advising software product managers and engineers on consumer protection matters.
• J.D. from an accredited law school and membership in at least one state bar.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
