Director, Digital Experience (AI)

Location: Bedford, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: $170,000–$191,250 base compensation annually, plus bonus or variable incentive pay.

What you will do

• Define and execute the digital experience strategy across corporate websites, related websites, and portals.
• Own the end-to-end website experience, improving user journeys, brand awareness, conversion rates, and lead generation.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a dedicated web team while fostering a high-performing environment.
• Build and optimize conversion engines and digital touchpoints using data, analytics, and performance measurement.
• Partner with Technology, Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, and external agencies to align digital initiatives with business objectives.
• Monitor emerging technologies and digital experience trends to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, web strategy, or digital experience management, including 3–5 years in team leadership or management.
• Experience with large website deployments and complex website ecosystems involving internal and external resources.
• Strong knowledge of web analytics, A/B testing, SEO principles, and content management systems.
• Experience in a B2B environment, preferably in industrial, software, or AI/technology sectors.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, stakeholder management, communication, team-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
