What you will do

• Support the Rewards Partnership Manager with day-to-day partner relationship maintenance.
• Coordinate the creation of partner rewards and offers and maintain the rewards offer queue.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the Partnership Art lead on social, partner activation, and direct mail assets.
• Assist customer support and host teams with Rewards & Loyalty customer tickets.
• Train partner users and help resolve system issues.
• Participate in the design, setup, and execution of partner and player events and document operational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or two years of work experience.
• Understanding of partner marketing, casino promotions, and player engagement strategies.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly agile environment.
• Some travel may be required.
