Affiliate Specialist (Affiliate Marketing)

Location: Remote within the listed US states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, and Virginia; office option available in Boston.

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year

What you will do

• Set up, manage, and optimize affiliate programs, including link integrity, tracking accuracy, and offer availability.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners while developing high-impact relationships.
• Analyze affiliate performance data and metrics to identify trends and improve program ROI.
• Support client communication, strategy discussions, and presentations on program performance.
• Maintain affiliate platform operations across Impact, Rakuten, CJ, Pepperjam/Ascend, and AWIN.
• Collaborate with Affiliate Strategists and Managers across multiple client accounts.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of affiliate marketing experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Experience implementing and managing performance-based affiliate programs that generate measurable revenue.
• Strong analytical, written, verbal communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to explain technical affiliate concepts to stakeholders and present data-driven recommendations.
• Expertise with major affiliate marketing platforms such as Impact, Rakuten, and CJ.
• Ability to work remotely from one of the specified US states or from the Boston office.
