Affiliate GTM Lead (Sports Prediction Market)

Location: New York, United States; work includes working from the NYC office.

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 base per year, plus meaningful equity.

What you will do

• Own the affiliate go-to-market strategy and performance, including acquisition volume, CAC, user quality, and payback targets.
• Build and manage a pipeline of partners across creators, influential individuals, communities, sports media, content sites, and product integrations.
• Run high-volume outbound and inbound partner sourcing through cold outreach, networks, and direct inquiries.
• Negotiate and close affiliate agreements, including CPA, revenue share, hybrid commissions, bonuses, deliverables, and commercial terms.
• Onboard partners with tracking, creative assets, messaging guidelines, and launch support.
• Build scalable playbooks, CRM processes, reporting dashboards, and onboarding systems.

Requirements

• Experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance marketing.
• Experience in sports betting, fantasy sports, fintech, trading, or high-growth consumer applications is relevant.
• Ability to manage dozens of partnerships simultaneously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Ability to take partnerships from initial outreach through signed agreement, launch, tracking, and ongoing optimization.
• Availability for potential nights and weekends due to live sports operations.
