Associate, Affiliate Marketing (Temp-to-Perm)

Location: Hybrid role based in New York City, with approximately 2 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Support the execution of affiliate and partner marketing programs across client initiatives.
• Assist with campaign setup, reporting, research, and performance analysis.
• Identify optimization opportunities and contribute to data-driven recommendations.
• Support communication with clients, affiliate partners, consultants, and internal teams.
• Contribute to presentations and manage workflows across multiple client accounts.
• Maintain organized day-to-day execution in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in affiliate, partner, or performance marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data review and analysis.
• Experience creating presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Excellent organization, time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid NYC-based role with approximately 2 days per week in the office.
