Talent Partnerships Senior Account Coordinator (AI)

Location: Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Vancouver, or remote in the United States or Canada.

Salary range: $70,000–$78,000 OTE.

What you will do

• Develop hirify.global’s point of view on creator talent across categories, platforms, and cultural trends.
• Identify, source, negotiate with, and secure creator talent for influencer marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with creators, agents, managers, and agencies to unlock priority access.
• Embed creator procurement expertise into account pods and advise on talent recommendations, brand safety, and compliance.
• Improve sourcing, casting, trend-identification, and workflow systems for greater scalability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Services, Product, Strategy, Research, Creator, and Client Services teams to improve campaign execution.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent management, preferably in an agency environment.
• Demonstrated success sourcing, negotiating, and managing influencer relationships across talent tiers and partnership models.
• Strong creator, agent, and manager network across relevant verticals and platforms.
• Experience with scalable systems, AI-enabled workflows, influencer marketing platforms, CRM systems, and campaign analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, creator economics, cultural trends, FTC guidelines, brand safety, and compliance requirements.
• Must be located in one of the listed United States or Canada locations, or be eligible for the available remote arrangement.
