Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (Automotive)

What you will do

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis across the organization.
• Manage annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and risk and opportunity assessments.
• Prepare financial reports, KPIs, variance analysis, and recommendations for senior management, the Board, and key stakeholders.
• Manage group-wide cash flow planning and forecasting to support liquidity needs.
• Partner with business units, functional leaders, and Digital/IT to align plans, improve profitability, and optimize financial systems.
• Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement across FP&A processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a finance leadership role within the automotive industry.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Controlling background with knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, local GAAP, reporting requirements, and regulations.
• Strong experience with business analytics tools and data-driven financial analysis.
• Strong communication, leadership, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural, collaborative, and evolving organization.
