Senior Quantity Surveyor (Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Support contract delivery teams with profitability, cash management, cost control, and accurate commercial reporting.
• Manage applications, credit control, income optimisation, costing, forecasting, and change control.
• Manage project risk, CTCs, CVRs, subcontract cycles, and dispute resolution.
• Provide commercial advice to project teams and contribute to tendering and contract reviews.
• Maintain commercial records, reports, audits, risk registers, and standard document libraries.
• Support continuous improvement, lean tools, collaborative planning, training, and team development.

Requirements

• Degree educated or HND/HNC equivalent.
• Substantial experience in a contracting commercial department.
• Experience with multi-disciplined HV/LV infrastructure projects is desirable, particularly with DNOs and private networks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft packages, especially Excel.
• Working knowledge of construction industry conditions of contract.
• Professional qualification held or in progress is desirable.

Nice to have

• Driving licence.
• Experience using ERP systems such as COINS.
