Senior Regulatory Officer (F/H)

What you will do

• Monitor and analyze global payments regulatory developments and prepare impact assessments for senior stakeholders.
• Review and update internal policies to maintain alignment with European and local regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain regulatory frameworks for licensed Payment Institution entities.
• Prepare and submit regulatory returns and coordinate internal and external audit activities.
• Lead license application processes and maintain relationships with supervisory authorities.
• Support implementation of PSD3, PSR, DORA, and the Instant Payments Regulation while translating complex requirements into operational guidance.

Requirements

• At least 4–5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, risk, or audit within payment services or financial institutions.
• Degree in Law, Compliance, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of European payments regulations, including PSD2, PSD3, EMD2, DORA, and related frameworks.
• Experience managing complex regulatory projects end-to-end with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate legal texts into operational policies.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with confidence interacting with senior stakeholders.
