Contract Manager for General Procurement (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Draft, adapt, and optimize standard and complex procurement contracts throughout their lifecycle.
• Prepare and conduct contract negotiations with procurement commodity buyers.
• Analyze contractual issues during disagreements or potential disputes to support business continuity.
• Validate contract summary forms covering key risks, opportunities, and deviations.
• Advise internal stakeholders on contractual impacts and deliver training to procurement buyers.

Requirements

• Background in engineering, business law, or procurement management.
• Experience drafting, negotiating, and administering international procurement agreements.
• Understanding of legal regulations, risk management, and commercial contract terms.
• Strong analytical and dispute-resolution skills, with the ability to mentor junior procurement staff.
• Advanced English and French required for an international environment.
