Change & Transformation Manager

Location: Hangar 14 in Schiphol-East, Netherlands. Hybrid working from home may be possible depending on the role, with up to 8 weeks of working abroad within the EU and Caribbean.

Gross monthly salary: €5,101.24–€7,287.48.

What you will do

• Lead transformation initiatives from problem definition and analysis through solution design, implementation, adoption, and benefits realization.
• Structure complex business problems, identify root causes, develop fact-based solutions, and translate insights into concrete actions.
• Develop and execute change approaches covering stakeholder management, communication, capability building, training, and change readiness.
• Translate strategic objectives into focused initiatives, clear actions, and measurable outcomes while supporting business leaders and initiative owners.
• Steer the change portfolio by managing priorities, governance, dependencies, and limited change capacity.
• Drive the annual OKR creation cycle and monthly OKR reviews, while strengthening change methodologies, tools, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in change management, transformation management, or consulting with a proven record of delivering impact.
• WO Master's degree or equivalent academic background.
• Strong change management, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to structure complex and ambiguous challenges, develop hypotheses, analyze facts, and produce clear recommendations.
• Execution-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership, challenge the status quo, and maintain momentum.
• Strong interest in logistics and supply chain, plus Dutch language skills or willingness to learn Dutch.
