Programme Project Manager (Animal Nutrition & Health)

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end global transition from Danisco to hirify.global for Animal Nutrition & Health.
• Develop and own the integrated programme charter, roadmap, milestones, dependencies, budget view and completion criteria.
• Coordinate delivery across marketing, commercial, regulatory, technical, legal, quality, operations, supply chain and digital teams.
• Maintain product, market and asset transition registers, governance dashboards, decision logs, dependency maps and risk registers.
• Protect customer and market continuity by coordinating regulatory, technical, product-document, digital, customer and sales readiness.
• Prepare leadership updates, decision papers and formal transition handover documentation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programmes across multiple markets with senior stakeholders.
• Strong programme and project planning skills, including milestone management, dependency mapping, budget oversight and completion tracking.
• Experience translating strategic direction into disciplined execution and driving decisions without formal authority.
• Strong risk management, problem-solving, decision-making and communication skills.
• Commercial judgement and technical and regulatory awareness sufficient to connect dependencies and identify key questions.
• A degree or equivalent professional experience in business, science, engineering, marketing or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in animal nutrition, food or feed ingredients, life sciences or another regulated business.
• Experience with rebranding, portfolio migration, legal-entity change, product documentation or post-transaction integration.
• A recognized project or programme management qualification.
