Executive Program Manager, Founder Initiatives/CEO - Mexico (SaaS)

What you will do

• Manage corporate programs, objectives, key metrics, reporting, and insights requiring CEO-level visibility.
• Coordinate the company-wide roll-up, communication, and reporting of strategic objectives.
• Drive weekly, monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and annual corporate communications.
• Lead the extended leadership team Operations Review, including agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate CEO engagement with customers, partners, and employees, including action tracking and sentiment gathering.
• Lead cross-functional preparation for board meetings, including agendas and materials.

Requirements

• Exceptional operational, organizational, and communication skills.
• Executive-level presentation creation and delivery experience.
• Strong follow-up and communication skills with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating cross-departmental initiatives that delivered meaningful business outcomes.
• Ability to manage scope, risk, and uncertainty and proactively solve problems.
• Experience streamlining operational processes for consistency and efficiency in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
