What you will do

• Turn customer, market, and field insight into positioning, messaging, and clear narratives.
• Design customer and segment go-to-market programmes that improve adoption and commercial effectiveness.
• Support programme rollout, adoption, and feedback loops across teams and markets.
• Build scalable systems, assets, programmes, and ways of working for Customer Marketing.
• Influence senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and local markets.
• Connect Customer Marketing decisions to company priorities, customer value, and long-term business impact.

Requirements

• Strong track record of owning broad or strategically important Customer Marketing outcomes.
• Experience making complex trade-offs across customers, markets, teams, and business priorities.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to identify systemic opportunities or constraints.
• Experience building scalable systems, programmes, or ways of working.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.
• Excellent communication, narrative, and strategic thinking skills, with comfort operating in complex and ambiguous environments.
