Product Manager & Designer (AI)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; hybrid model with at least three days per week in the office

What you will do

• Set priorities, hypotheses, and scope across two multidisciplinary teams.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes with engineers.
• Use AI to explore solutions and turn ideas into testable product experiences.
• Work with users, feedback, analytics, and experiments to evaluate outcomes.
• Help teams decide what to improve, continue, or stop.
• Resolve stakeholder dependencies and share product learning across the organisation.

Requirements

• Experience delivering digital products with cross-functional teams and balancing user, business, and technical considerations.
• Ability to independently create and improve user flows, wireframes, and testable prototypes in Figma or comparable tools.
• Practical AI-native product development experience beyond text drafting or isolated concept generation.
• Experience using user insights, analytics, hypotheses, and experiments to guide decisions and evaluate AI-generated output.
• Ability to balance parallel priorities, build relationships, and provide teams with the context needed to work independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with subscription products, streaming, or other consumer digital services.
