Product Designer (EdTech)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; 5-day in-office policy

hirify.global is an edtech product company using AI to transform handwritten math solutions into digital insights for teachers and schools.

What you will do

• Own the design of the teacher platform.
• Turn product, teacher, and user problems into clear, practical, user-friendly solutions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and users throughout the design process.
• Follow shipped work in classrooms, collect feedback, and iterate on designs.
• Improve the design system and design processes.

Requirements

• Background in product design through academic training or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to solve problems, find practical solutions, and own projects end-to-end.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, iterative product environment.
• Experience working with design systems, ideally including building or developing one.
• Ability to design interfaces for users with varying levels of technical proficiency and for both laptop and classroom projection use cases.
