Product Manager - Growth

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for the web, onboarding, and conversion.
• Build acquisition and activation funnels across digital and non-digital channels.
• Identify high-potential user segments and geographic corridors.
• Run product experiments and establish data-driven learning practices.
• Collaborate with marketing, data, and engineering to deliver measurable results.
• Analyze users, discovery channels, retention drivers, and the competitive landscape.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth, product, or commercial roles with ownership of outcomes.
• 5+ years of end-to-end product or product-area ownership, from discovery and prioritization through delivery and iteration.
• Strong commercial judgment with attention to revenue and unit economics.
• Experience designing product experiments and interpreting results.
• Experience in consumer apps, marketplaces, fintech, or telecom.

Nice to have

• Experience with SEO, paid acquisition, or CRM within a broader growth strategy.
• Creative and resourceful approach to developing and executing unconventional growth ideas.
