Head of Product - Student Platform (AI)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; 5-day in-office policy. Must have the right to work in Sweden.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and KPIs for the Student Platform.
• Lead the Student experience toward 100M users across schools in North America and EMEA.
• Explore future product opportunities, build prototypes, and validate ideas 6–12 months ahead of delivery.
• Lead product managers and cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and QA specialists.
• Take direct PM responsibility during the first six months to learn the product and company.
• Hire and develop a world-class product team as needed.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of product experience.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
• Experience leading people and teams.
• Engineering degree or equivalent from a top-tier university.
• Startup experience and comfort with ownership, rapid decisions, and limited data.
• Right to work in Sweden and availability for in-office work five days per week.
