Product Area Lead Communication Software (MedTech)

What you will do

• Define and own the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Communication Software portfolio.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers.
• Drive customer-centric discovery, market analysis, and evidence-based prioritization.
• Own business planning, investment decisions, commercial performance, and P&L for the product area.
• Align Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Market Units around shared goals.
• Manage product launches, lifecycle activities, and communication of strategy, risks, and progress to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Product Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing people.
• At least 5 years of experience in software and/or SaaS product management.
• Strong commercial and financial skills, including business case development and investment planning.
• Excellent English communication skills and strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution and cross-functional leadership.

Nice to have

• Product Management certification.
• Training in customer-centric design or digital product development.
• Experience with scaled agile frameworks or enterprise product management.
• Experience in health tech, assistive technology, or other mission-driven software organizations.
