UX Leader

Location: Älmhult, Sweden; hybrid work with three days per week in Älmhult

What you will do

• Drive UX capability development across Supply Chain Development.
• Coach product and platform teams in user-centred design practices.
• Establish common UX methods, standards, and ways of working.
• Advocate for user needs and use insights to guide product decisions.
• Facilitate workshops and activities that create alignment and tangible outcomes.
• Define, measure, and continuously improve user experience outcomes.

Requirements

• Extensive UX experience with a portfolio demonstrating impactful experiences in a global context.
• Experience with user research, journey mapping, service design, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Experience leading initiatives and supporting mindset shifts in digital development organizations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including storytelling and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops that produce tangible results.
