Account Manager (Food Delivery)

Location: Amman, Jordan. The role requires residency in or relocation to the specified location.

What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with restaurant and vendor partners.
• Provide data-driven recommendations on menu performance, pricing, promotions, delivery logistics, and operational efficiency.
• Identify account growth opportunities, including upselling, cross-promotions, content optimization, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Logistics, and Operations to support onboarding, campaign execution, and issue resolution.
• Negotiate and renew commercial agreements while ensuring service-level and operational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Partner Success.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data dashboards, Excel, or Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-first mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Residency in or relocation to the specified location is required.
