Organizational Change Management, Manager

Location: Toronto, Canada; travel up to 50% throughout Canada and the United States

Compensation range: $98,000–$180,400, plus discretionary performance-based bonus

What you will do

• Lead change management workstreams across finance transformation, ERP implementations, operating model redesign, shared services, technology modernization, and business process improvement initiatives.
• Assess organizational impacts and adoption risks, then develop stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and readiness plans.
• Design and execute change strategies that support stakeholder alignment, user adoption, benefits realization, and measurable business outcomes.
• Facilitate executive and stakeholder workshops to support strategic decisions and organizational alignment.
• Manage project workstreams, deliver high-quality client deliverables, and collaborate with Finance, Technology, and Enterprise Performance consulting teams.
• Support business development through proposals and client presentations while mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of consulting, change management, organizational transformation, or business transformation experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale business or technology transformation initiatives and conducting change impact assessments.
• Experience with ERP implementations or enterprise technology deployments such as Dynamics 365, Oracle, SAP, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, executive communication, strategic communication, training, and organizational readiness skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% throughout Canada and the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in consulting or professional services.
• Experience with finance transformation, CFO services, budgeting and planning, operating model redesign, or shared services.
• Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, CCMP, PMP, MBA, or a related advanced degree.
• Experience supporting Microsoft technologies, ERP platforms, or digital transformation initiatives.
