Analyst I Business Process Transactions (Insurance)

Location: Fully remote within the United States only; training is typically scheduled from 8:00–4:30/5:00 EST, Monday–Friday, and regular shifts cover 7:30 AM–6:00 PM EST core business hours.

What you will do

• Respond to annuity contract holder requests about contract products and benefit plans through written correspondence.
• Research policy provisions, contract values, procedures, and available options, then provide clear customer responses.
• Process transactions and refer policy modifications to the appropriate teams.
• Use multiple electronic systems to prepare complete and accurate responses.
• Support special customer campaigns and strengthen service relationships with insurance clients.
• Identify process bottlenecks, quality and training opportunities, and contribute to process improvement and data analysis.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; documentation must be provided.
• At least two years of life insurance and annuities experience.
• Strong customer service experience and knowledge of insurance products, administrative, claims, underwriting, and marketing functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, organization, mathematics, analytical, and computer skills.
• Ability to manage stress, work in a team environment, communicate procedures and coaching opportunities, and respond effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire; work visa holders and candidates requiring future sponsorship are not eligible.
