German Language Lead

Location: On-site in the Louisville, Colorado office; must be able to work on campus

What you will do

• Lead the health and growth of the German-language business and represent German-speaking customer and market perspectives across hirify.global.
• Validate translated content for contextual accuracy and regional localization.
• Prepare and schedule German content releases using the CMS and other digital publishing tools.
• Define localization strategies for subtitling, dubbing, and voice-over content, and manage the German release schedule.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Relations, Marketing, and Content teams to improve the German member experience.
• Influence German original productions, evaluate language-content licensing, and integrate localization into production and post-production workflows.

Requirements

• US citizenship or a current US work visa is required.
• Native German speaker required.
• Deep understanding of the German conscious-media and spirituality landscape.
• Experience with digital products and media, localization best practices, project management, and AI-powered tools.
• Must be able to work on-site in the Louisville, Colorado office.
• Strong English communication, collaboration, organization, multitasking, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
