Pricing Analytics Manager Iberia & Italy

What you will do

• Execute the EMEA pricing strategy across the local market.
• Implement annual price increases and other pricing initiatives.
• Provide pricing and deal guidance for tenders, quotations, and strategic customer negotiations.
• Monitor pricing performance, discount levels, margin development, and price realization.
• Analyze customer, product, and market profitability to identify pricing optimization opportunities.
• Manage customers and product portfolios while supporting change management across the commercial organization.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in pricing, commercial excellence, sales operations, commercial finance, or analytics.
• Commercial or sales-facing experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset focused on balancing growth and profitability.
• Experience with ERP systems, CRM platforms such as Salesforce, and business intelligence tools.
• Fluent Spanish and English required.
