What you will do

• Plan, develop, modify, and implement short- and long-term solutions for new and existing applications.
• Provide Tier 2 product support, troubleshoot production incidents, and improve application systems and interfaces.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate processes and goals into practical technical solutions.
• Plan project tasks, estimates, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Build secure, scalable, maintainable software and modernize legacy codebases and infrastructure.
• Participate in code reviews, continuous testing, secure coding practices, and an on-call rotation.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience using Java.
• Working knowledge of Spring, Hibernate, API development, web-enabled applications, and relational databases.
• Experience with Agile methodology, including Scrum or a similar framework.
• Ability to create and execute JUnit test cases with a continuous testing mindset.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing and Jira.
• Strong communication, collaboration, continuous improvement, and long-term planning skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
• Experience with COBOL, Angular, or OutSystems.
