MuleSoft Integration Engineer

Location: Fully remote within the United States; occasional travel to the client’s office in Falling Waters, West Virginia, may be required. Access from foreign locations and foreign IP addresses is blocked, and personal VPN connections are prohibited.

Salary: $98,614–$167,644 annually.

What you will do

• Define data models, integration flows, and technical specifications with stakeholders, Business Analysts, and development teams.
• Build and maintain integration solutions on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Develop and consume APIs for real-time and batch data exchange between platforms.
• Create RAML API specifications and non-MuleSoft integrations using SFTP, Data Loader, and Salesforce Connect.
• Test and improve API response time, reliability, and resource usage.
• Implement DataWeave transformations and deliver designs, code, and documentation within an agile structure.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required due to federal contract requirements.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Must have lived in the U.S. for three full years out of the last five years.
• Active MuleSoft Developer certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of hands-on MuleSoft 4 experience and at least two years of experience with Java, JEE, and related Java technologies.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Salesforce architecture and Salesforce Core and Public Sector Solutions data models.
• Experience with Anypoint Studio, Design Center, Runtime Manager, API Manager, Exchange, and MuleSoft connectors.
• Experience supporting large Salesforce integration projects, REST web services, JMS, Spring, and ESB solutions.
• Experience with GitHub, GitActions, and disciplined CI/CD pipelines.
