What you will do

• Maintain, develop, and monitor the effectiveness of the plant Quality System.
• Act as Management Representative for ISO 14001 and TS 16949 compliance.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and support process owners with standards adherence.
• Prepare departmental budgets, develop quality goals, and report performance measures to staff and management.
• Lead health and safety initiatives with a Safety-First Mindset.
• Lead the Quality Department, conduct performance reviews, and drive innovation, continuous improvement, and zero-defect results.

Requirements

• Five or more years of supervisory experience in quality management within automotive or high-volume manufacturing.
• Lead Auditor certification for ISO 14000 and TS 16949 standards.
• Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience liaising with customers and vendors, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Ability to use the 8D problem-solving methodology to address quality issues.
