Senior Director, Product Management (eIL) (RFID/BLE)

Location: Oegstgeest, Netherlands; the role includes approximately 25% domestic and international travel.

Salary: EUR 146,510–230,230 per year.

What you will do

• Define and execute the multi-year global vision, strategy, roadmap, and portfolio for sensor product lines.
• Integrate RFID, BLE, wireless sensing, and inlay/label technologies with eIL growth objectives.
• Own product-line financial performance, including revenue, profitability, pricing, market gaps, and KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional product development from stage-gate planning through commercial deployment.
• Build strategic relationships with IC design partners and industry standards organizations such as GS1 and the RAIN Alliance.
• Scale, mentor, and retain a high-performing product management team while advising executive leadership and enterprise customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced technical degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in electronics product management, including multi-million-dollar P&L ownership and global strategy development.
• Deep expertise in RFID, including RAIN, NFC, and UHF, as well as BLE, ambient IoT, IC design workflows, sensor packaging, and enterprise IoT platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies, data-driven decision-making, market analysis, and customer-centric product strategy.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing executive stakeholders in complex matrix organizations.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% domestically and internationally.
