Product Manager - Industrial Power Supply

Location: Helmond, Netherlands; travel of approximately 30% is required for customer visits, end-user meetings, and industry exhibitions.

What you will do

• Drive product strategy and roadmap for industrial power supply products across EMEA.
• Collaborate with R&D, sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to define product requirements and go-to-market plans.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
• Prepare product documentation, pricing models, launch materials, and sales tools.
• Support regional sales and Field Application Engineers with product training and technical guidance.
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback, coordinate lifecycle management with global headquarters, and represent products at customer meetings and trade shows.

Requirements

• Native or professional fluency in both Mandarin and English is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in power electrical engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of project or product management experience, including product strategy, launches, and adoption.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel at least 30% of the time.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage pressure, and meet deadlines.
