Cost Accounting & ERP Manager

Location: Hybrid, with a principally in-person working model across offices in Colorado, Illinois, Ohio, and Massachusetts. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Salary: $90,000–$117,000 annually

What you will do

• Support client meetings, workshops, project status sessions, and business requirements documentation.
• Assist with ERP configuration, testing, process validation, conference room pilots, training, security, and reporting.
• Document current- and future-state business processes and participate in data conversion and validation.
• Support chart of accounts development, financial reporting design, costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing accounting requirements.
• Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop process documentation and training materials.
• Track project tasks, deadlines, issues, agendas, follow-ups, and coordination between internal and client teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• ERP experience, preferably with Plex.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting ERP configuration, testing, or implementation.
• At least 3 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing costing, chart of accounts design, and ERP systems.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
