Salary: $84,000.00–$115,500.00 annually

What you will do

• Supervise employees performing assembly, inspection, testing, final testing, and related production operations for capital equipment, systems, components, and subsystems.
• Prioritize production schedules based on staffing, equipment efficiency, capacity, and material requirements.
• Track operational performance metrics, conduct milestone meetings, and improve cycle time and other production measures.
• Resolve operations issues affecting customer satisfaction and coordinate with customers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure requirement compliance.
• Optimize production capacity and implement processes for collecting, analyzing, and reporting manufacturing data and real-time status.
• Drive Lean, safety, quality, corrective action, employee training, career development, and performance management.

Requirements

• Understanding and application of procedures and concepts within the relevant job family, with basic knowledge of related functions.
• Formal supervisory experience, including setting priorities and coaching employees to meet daily deadlines.
• Ability to resolve day-to-day technical and operational problems using sound judgment.
• Ability to manage employee goals, development plans, performance processes, selection, hiring, rewards, and discipline.
• Ability to maintain compliance with safety procedures, Environmental, Health and Safety training, and hirify.global’ business conduct standards.
• Must work in Austin, Texas; relocation eligibility is available.
