Junior Software Engineering Program - Associate Engineer

What you will do

• Design, build, and improve software features within existing production systems.
• Apply engineering fundamentals to break down problems and evaluate solutions with guidance.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code using established development practices.
• Create unit and basic functional tests and troubleshoot bugs with increasing independence.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical problem-solving sessions.
• Collaborate with engineers, product partners, and stakeholders to turn requirements into working solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience through internships, apprenticeships, bootcamps, open-source work, or personal projects.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software fundamentals.
• Experience with at least one programming language and version control, such as Git.
• Familiarity with testing, build tools, and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and willingness to grow as a software engineer.
• Must currently be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Agile or iterative development environments.
• Experience working in shared codebases through coursework or projects.
