Training Specialist (Hospitality)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; training may be delivered remotely or onsite, with travel to customer and team locations.

What you will do

• Deliver instructor-led training for hirify.global Hospitality solutions, especially Delphi and its peripherals.
• Facilitate onboarding, post-go-live adoption, masterclass, and customer-specific training sessions.
• Deliver product overview, demo, and full product training sessions to internal colleagues.
• Communicate with customers before and after training and help report and resolve Support or Services cases.
• Maintain supportive, productive classroom environments and provide creative solutions to challenges arising onsite.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and delivery teams to review materials, update outputs, and ensure smooth handovers.

• Willingness to travel and coordinate air and ground transportation.
