Senior Informaticist Process Insights

Location: Remote within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required. The role is associated with Louisville, KY.

Salary: $97,900–$133,500 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Define data strategies for programs onboarding to task-mining initiatives and assess data readiness, source systems, event logs, and required feeds.
• Analyze process, operational, engagement, and AI-generated process insights to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and emerging signals.
• Design, build, maintain, and iterate Power BI dashboards, infographics, and alternative visualizations.
• Define and monitor metrics and KPIs with Program Managers and operational partners.
• Communicate findings through concise narratives and visuals that support prioritization, decision-making, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, informatics, business intelligence, or a related analytical discipline.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, modifying, and maintaining Power BI dashboards.
• Experience with process, workflow, operational, engagement, or AI-generated process data.
• Experience defining, refining, and analyzing KPIs with operational or delivery teams.
• Strong data visualization, infographic, visual storytelling, communication, and data validation skills.
• Ability to work as a senior individual contributor in a collaborative, cross-functional pod model.
