Senior Product Manager (AI/Identity Security)

Location: U.S. Remote

Salary: $130,000–$162,000 annual base salary, plus equity and bonus opportunities

What you will do

• Own the identity graph and correlation service that resolve scattered accounts into individual people or AI agents and determine reachable resources.
• Lead the inventory and resource explorer used by other products, including coverage and data freshness.
• Define effective-access computation across nested groups and multiple permission paths.
• Publish schemas, stable resource identifiers, API contracts, and change feeds while preventing schema drift.
• Set graph-query latency and consistency standards, coordinate convergence of graph and correlation stores, and validate replacement data paths before migration.
• Drive API-first adoption, tenant isolation, query access controls, and self-service integration for dependent product teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI/ML, cybersecurity, identity, or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience with identity and access management, privileged access management, and identity governance.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including large language models, multi-agent systems, context engineering, MCP, A2A, model fine-tuning, and training.
• Experience launching AI-driven or data-centric products across the full product lifecycle.
• Ability to collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and UX professionals on scalable, secure, privacy-conscious products.
• Experience with open-source AI platforms or direct customer-facing products and strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with PAM/IGA governance initiatives.
• Experience engaging with open-source or technical user communities.
