Senior Product Manager (AI-Native Products)

Location: United States; remote. Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States and must not require employer sponsorship.

Base salary: $162,000–$270,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility and benefits.

What you will do

• Own product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and results for an AI-native cybersecurity product surface.
• Conduct discovery with customers, design partners, MSPs, and MSSPs, translating research and usage data into roadmap decisions.
• Lead 0-to-1 product delivery with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams while managing scope, trade-offs, and launch execution.
• Define activation, usage, and retention targets and run experiments to improve adoption and engagement.
• Establish product evaluation frameworks and partner with AI security and safety stakeholders to meet internal AI standards.
• Support packaging, licensing, pricing, channel strategy, executive updates, launches, and field enablement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management or related industry experience.
• Track record of building products for expert users and operating effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Hands-on experience with the LLM product stack, including RAG, prompt engineering, evaluations, model selection, latency-versus-quality trade-offs, and hallucination mitigation.
• Strong understanding of AI onboarding, default behaviors, engagement expansion, and trust-related failure modes.
• Executive-grade written and verbal communication skills, including communication with senior executives.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Cybersecurity, security operations, IT operations, or observability product experience.
• Experience with agentic systems, tool calling, multi-agent orchestration, or MCP.
• Experience with AI governance, data loss prevention, or acceptable-use policy enforcement.
• MSP or MSSP channel product experience, including multi-tenant and partner-delivered products.
