Lead Software Engineer (Product Safety)

What you will do

• Act as the subject matter expert for the RX Logic pharmacovigilance SaaS platform.
• Architect REST, GraphQL, and JSON API integrations across R&D, Manufacturing, and Regulatory systems.
• Design and build scalable full-stack solutions across front-end and back-end technologies.
• Embed security, privacy, data protection, GxP, and GDPR compliance into digital solutions.
• Partner with product owners, product managers, and designers to translate business requirements into engineering approaches.
• Lead and coach engineers while driving continuous improvement, modern delivery practices, and AI-enabled integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience designing modern application architectures and delivering cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud.
• Experience building API integration patterns with REST, GraphQL, and JSON for SaaS and enterprise systems.
• Hands-on full-stack experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, Next.js, or React.
• Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD, Test-Driven Development, Kubernetes, Oracle, SQL, and ETL.
• Understanding of GxP and GDPR data governance and the ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders in regulated environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with RX Logic, pharmacovigilance, or global SaaS case management platforms.
• Experience integrating AI and agentic workflows into custom software solutions.
• Exposure to Oracle-based platforms, data foundations, downstream data products, and authentication and authorisation patterns.
