Product Analyst, Digital Asset Platform

Salary: $120,000–$160,000 per year; bonus eligible.

What you will do

• Research client needs, industry workflows, competitors, and digital asset market developments, then turn findings into product recommendations.
• Map issuer, investor, and intermediary journeys across onchain activity, offchain records, and operational hand-offs.
• Support market sizing, business cases, pricing analysis, and launch planning through structured research and models.
• Translate product direction into process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare test scenarios, support user acceptance testing, reproduce issues, and track resolutions with engineering and operations.
• Build product dashboards and analyses covering usage, feedback, data quality, and operational exceptions; prepare presentations, demos, and client materials.

Requirements

• Typically 2+ years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, financial technology, digital assets, operations, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with structured data, spreadsheets, research, and documented assumptions.
• Ability to turn ambiguous questions into useful analysis, process maps, requirements, or testable hypotheses.
• Foundational understanding of financial services and digital assets, with the ability to learn unfamiliar concepts quickly.
• Clear written and verbal communication, attention to detail, independent ownership, and reliable follow-through.

Nice to have

• Experience with transfer agency, proxy, corporate actions, investor records, tokenized assets, or institutional financial workflows.
• Practical exploration of smart contracts, wallets, DeFi, or distributed ledgers.
• Experience with SQL, data visualization, APIs, onchain analysis, requirements documentation, or user acceptance testing.
• Experience using generative AI or agent tools with validation, human review, and clear communication of limitations.
