Product Analyst (AI)

Location: Arlington, Virginia, United States; hybrid work with onsite attendance Tuesday through Thursday each week

Salary: $116,000–$135,500 gross per annum

What you will do

• Analyze customer behavior across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention to identify product opportunities.
• Own a portion of the product roadmap from opportunity sizing and requirements through engineering delivery and post-launch measurement.
• Build analytical systems, data models, dashboards, and self-service tools for Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
• Use LLM-based tools, predictive models, and AI-assisted coding and query workflows to automate analysis and reporting.
• Design, run, and interpret A/B tests and experiments to guide roadmap prioritization and feature development.
• Develop customer segmentation and lifecycle analysis, represent customer needs, and support campaign measurement and attribution.

Requirements

• At least 3–4 years of experience in product analytics, product management, customer analytics, or a related quantitative/product role.
• Strong SQL and Python skills, with practical experience in data modeling and analytical automation.
• Fluency with AI-first tools and workflows.
• Curiosity about customer behavior and how data informs product decisions.
• Ability to work in Arlington, Virginia, United States, with onsite attendance Tuesday through Thursday under the current hybrid-work expectations.
