Client Delivery Associate (Fintech)

Location: Isle of Man, Douglas; hybrid working with at least two days per week or 40% of working time in the office

Salary: £28,776–£30,290 per year

What you will do

• Support new and existing international private banking clients with account applications through online and telephone channels.
• Complete Know Your Customer, Customer Due Diligence, and Ongoing Due Diligence reviews in line with regulatory and policy requirements.
• Manage client cases and obtain required information and documentation by email and telephone.
• Provide a professional, personalised customer experience and ensure accurate outcomes.
• Collaborate with Client Delivery and supporting teams to improve processes and client outcomes.

• Clear and effective communication skills for building trusted relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Strong organisation skills, including the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in the Isle of Man under the stated hybrid office-working arrangement.
