Finance Controller (Manufacturing)

Support financial management for hirify.global’s BG ICS Business Group through reliable analysis, reporting, planning, and financial governance.

What you will do

• Monitor Product Group performance against objectives and highlight variances, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting and standard analysis in line with corporate requirements.
• Collect, validate, and structure financial data for quarterly rolling forecasts and annual long-term planning.
• Review business cases by checking data consistency, challenging assumptions, and ensuring alignment with financial guidelines.
• Maintain transparency of product costs and operating expenses while supporting cost control and operational investment analysis.
• Improve finance data quality, automation, digitalization, financial processes, and internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• At least 5 years of experience in controlling or related finance processes, preferably in operations or manufacturing.
• Experience developing, calculating, and presenting financial business cases for decision-making.
• Knowledge of SAP-based intercompany cost and pricing models, preferably PC&A.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, plus SAP/BW knowledge.
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills are required. Analytical thinking, initiative, communication skills, and a team-oriented approach are also expected.
