Senior FP&A Analyst / Finance Business Partner (AI)

Location: Sevenum, Netherlands; full-time office-based role with travel allowance for commuting.

What you will do

• Coordinate and continuously improve Group-wide financial planning and forecasting processes.
• Own planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance-management cycles for Human Resources and Pharma Operations.
• Prepare monthly performance analyses, variance reports, management presentations, and Group-level HR reporting.
• Analyse financial performance, operational KPIs, and cost drivers to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Partner with senior HR and Pharma Operations stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Develop business cases, scenario models, and financial-impact assessments for investments, transformation programmes, and growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Approximately four to six years of experience in FP&A, business controlling, financial analysis, or a comparable role.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, performance management, business-case development, and financial modelling.
• High proficiency in Excel and experience with Power Query, Power Pivot, or similar analytical tools.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to work with senior stakeholders, cross-functional colleagues, and international teams.
• Proactive approach to improving processes through technology, automation, and AI.

Nice to have

• Experience with Pigment or another enterprise planning platform.
