Junior Controller (FP&A)

What you will do

• Support budgets, forecasts, long-term financial plans, and ad hoc business analyses.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, performance analyses, management presentations, and KPI dashboards.
• Analyze actual results against budgets and forecasts, investigate variances, and identify business drivers.
• Support month-end closing by validating financial data and coordinating with Accounting and Business Controlling.
• Help automate and standardize reporting, forecasting, and planning processes.
• Support the implementation of FP&A tools and apply AI-driven solutions to improve reporting and decision support.

Requirements

• Recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge; experience with Power BI, Power Query, and SQL.
• Interest in financial planning, business performance, data analytics, automation, and digital technologies.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python and AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT.
• German language skills.
